Process Description


①Waterproof treatment: The ground of the first floor must be waterproofed;
②Plain land treatment: Repair, polish and remove dust according to the condition of the prime land;
③Epoxy primer: A roll coat of epoxy primer with strong sealing and adhesion is used to enhance surface adhesion;
④Epoxy intermediate coating: Add epoxy resin to an appropriate amount of quartz sand, and coat it evenly with a trowel for several passes;
⑤Epoxy soil approved: According to actual needs, it shall be constructed several times, and the requirements shall be smooth and free of holes, no approved knife mark and sanding mark shall prevail;
⑥Epoxy topcoat: Two coats of solvent-based epoxy topcoat or anti-slip topcoat. After completion, the whole floor is bright and clean, with uniform color and no hollow drum;
⑦Completion of construction: You can get on board after 24 hours, and you can press hard after 72 hours. (25℃ shall prevail, and the low temperature opening time needs to be extended appropriately)
